At Pocket Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pocket Audio account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, ear tips, and manuals to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
